01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to mage888. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between you ("User") and mage888 ("Platform", "we") in connection with your use of all services, games, and features available on the mage888 platform.

02 Account Registration & Management

To fully use mage888 services, you must register a valid account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current whenever changes occur.

• Age Requirement: Registration is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and above. mage888 applies a strict KYC verification process to confirm the age of every applicant.
• One Account Per User: Each individual is permitted to hold one active account only. Owning more than one account will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mage888 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is approved, you are required to complete the identity verification process by submitting a valid identification document such as your MyKad or passport.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Mage888 supports a variety of local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, bank transfers, and selected e-wallets. All financial transactions are processed through secure, trusted channels with full encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, transactions above a certain threshold may require additional verification.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via FPX and DuitNow are processed in under 3 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 15 minutes, please contact our customer support.
